I am an Indian. The reason why I started with this line is that every middle class Indian, whose life is going alright, would always feel proud to say that. And, why not? My India gave me education, style, and............a job in a contact center....Confused?

I am an Indian. The reason why I started with this line is that every middle class Indian, whose life is going alright, would always feel proud to say that. And, why not? My India gave me education, style, and job in a contact center. Please don’t get confused, it’s a better way to say call center(kaal center). It’s a billion dollar industry, giving more than 60% of the Indian youth an opportunity to be a part of the emerging Indian economy. Imagine- how many Indian lives survive on this Kaal center. Then just remember that I am a reason for shielding India from recession..........Hello! I am Rahul and if you want me to share something about Cab ,call center Aur Baatein, then first, let me give you my introduction in details..... I am a 23 year old boy, a scorpio, living a spicy life- all thanks to my job in my call center!!!

Every day I have new people to interact with, new faces to check, and some livewires, some new stories- making up for a complete new life EVERY DAY!!! Every day, here comes a different story , however, there's something in common in all of us- both the working staff and our bosses! We all have problems whether we show them or not. The truth is CALL CENTER was no one’s FIRST love as all of us wanted to become either engineers, pilots, doctors and what not?.

A job in a call center is like a regular Hindi film story where there is horror, drama, comedy and of course, romance!! ”Pyar to ho hi jata hai” . My industry to me is like a wife who does everything for you but still she is not attractive.

The company with which I am working has more than 3500 employees working in different shifts in a completely internationally designed and fully functional , corporate environment bound by ethics. But ultimately hain to "hum Indian" hi. We can’t duck bitching, not just girls but boys enjoy it as well. Best thing is that here even girls don’t shy in doing ‘Maa –Behen ki ek ‘-in case, something goes wrong. Otherwise, all boys and girls are very decent here. We all celebrate almost every Indian festival in a very nice , "internationally Indian way" while being on calls. Our management wants us to stay charged so that unka kaam chalta rahe. Many a times, I feel very bad when my manager says something wrong about me, especially when I have not done anything wrong. You know, all managers are like typical Indian Mother-in-laws- jo chaah kar bhi kabhi achhi lag nahi sakti!! Even if your manager is good, for God's sake, dare not, praise him/her otherwise, nazar lag sakti hai.
