Take pan, add in all the ingredients, light the flame & bring to a boil. Lower the flame & let it simmer for 5-6 minutes.When the mixture turns thick & golden brown- releasing a nice gingery, cardamom aroma, turn off the flame & cover the pan with lid. Let it steep for 2-3 minutes. Then strain into a cup & enjoy a lovely thick, aromatic and very very relaxing Chai!!
