- Water -1 cup
- Milk- ¼ cup
- Green cardamom-1 or a pinch of the cardamom powder
- Fresh ginger- 1/2'’ piece crushed
- Fennel seeds/ fennel powder- ½ a spoon
- Sugar -2 teaspoons
- Tea bags or powder-2-3 bags or teaspoons
Place all the ingredients in a small pan and bring them to a boil. Lower the flame & let everything simmer for 5-7 minutes. When the mixture is nice & thick take it off the flame & cover.
